The invention discloses a frame flexible supporting structure and a mining dump truck. The frame flexible supporting structure is composed of a left supporting plate assembly, a right supporting plate assembly and a supporting shaft. The left supporting plate assembly and the right supporting plate assembly are welded to the lower portion of the frame through the vertical plate, the front end of the vertical plate and the tail end of the vertical plate are each of a long and thin structure, so that a welding seam for connecting the vertical plate and the frame is long, and sufficient connecting strength is achieved. The whole structure of the supporting shaft is a cylinder, and the two ends of the supporting shaft penetrate through round holes in the lower portions of the left supporting plate assembly and the right supporting plate assembly to be connected with the left supporting plate assembly and the right supporting plate assembly. When being stressed, the left supporting plate assembly and the right supporting plate assembly can deform inwards, slight sliding can be generated between the supporting shaft and the left supporting plate assembly and between the supporting shaft and the right supporting plate assembly, a flexible structure is formed, and the impact of the lifting oil cylinder on the whole supporting structure is relieved through deformation and sliding. The supporting shaft is not welded to the left supporting plate assembly and the right supporting plate assembly, the fault of weld joint cracking is avoided, the structural reliability is improved, and the service life of the frame is prolonged.
