The invention discloses a junction temperature calculation method of an IGBT power module, a motor controller and a vehicle. The junction temperature calculation method of the IGBT power module comprises the steps that whether a motor is locked or not is judged; if the motor is locked, sector calculation is carried out according to the current so as to determine a highest junction temperature branch in six branches providing the motor current, and the highest junction temperature branch is used as a modeling branch; if the motor is not locked, taking one of the six branches as the modeling branch; sampling temperatures, loss parameters and thermal network parameters of an IGBT and a diode FWD of the IGBT power module of the modeling branch are acquired, and junction temperatures of the IGBT and the diode FWD of the IGBT power module are calculated to serve as the highest junction temperatures of the IGBT and the diode FWD respectively. According to the invention, the maximum junction temperature of the IGBT and the diode FWD of the IGBT power module can be obtained by establishing the thermal network model, so that over-temperature protection can be timely and effectively carried out.

    本发明公开一种I GBT功率模块的结温计算方法、电机控制器和车辆,I GBT功率模块的结温计算方法包括:判断电机是否发生堵转;若电机发生堵转,则根据电流进行扇区计算,以确定提供电机电流的六个支路中的最高结温支路,将所述最高结温支路作为建模支路;若电机未发生堵转,则根据所述六个支路中的其中一个支路作为所述建模支路;获取所述建模支路的IGBT功率模块的IGBT和二极管FWD的采样温度、损耗参数和热网络参数,并计算得到所述IGBT功率模块的IGBT和二极管FWD的结温,以分别作为IGBT和二极管FWD的最高结温。本发明可以通过建立热网络模型得到I GBT功率模块的I GBT和二极管FWD的最高结温,从而及时有效地进行过温保护。
