The invention discloses a port intelligent ship shore-based power supply system, which belongs to the technical field of ship power supply, and is characterized in that a plurality of intelligent charging piles are respectively connected with a shore-based substation through cables and are used for carrying out shore-based power supply on a berthed ship; the data collector is in communication connection with the intelligent charging piles and is used for collecting working data of the intelligent charging piles; the man-machine interaction system is installed in the intelligent charging pile and used for achieving shore-based power supply intelligent management and self-service shore power use through code scanning of a ship side, so that the time for waiting for shore power connection of a harbor side special person is saved, direct contact between harbor side personnel and ship side personnel is avoided, and in addition, the background monitoring platform in data connection with the intelligent charging pile is arranged in a matched mode, so that the charging efficiency is improved. By adopting the shore-based power supply system formed by the intelligent charging pile and the background monitoring platform, a shore power supply party can complete shore power field equipment management and monitoring operation with less manpower, so that the shore-based power supply management cost of berthing ships is greatly reduced.
