The invention belongs to the field of cranes, and particularly discloses an offshore floating crane control system which comprises a floating base and a three-section type mechanical arm assembly installed on the floating base. The three-section type mechanical arm assembly is installed on the rotating disc and provided with a first joint arm, a second joint arm and a third joint arm which are sequentially connected from bottom to top. A rope traction parallel object lifting mechanism is mounted at the tail end of the third articulated arm, the rope traction parallel object lifting mechanism is provided with a lifting rope and a lifting appliance which is connected to the tail end of the lifting rope and is provided with a lifting hook, and a lifting anti-swing control assembly for adjusting the stability of a lifted object is arranged between the rope traction parallel object lifting mechanism and the turntable; an anti-swing control assembly for adjusting the stability of the floating base is arranged on the periphery of the floating base. And by means of the lifting anti-swing control assembly and the anti-swing control assembly, stable lifting and transferring of a lifted object are guaranteed, balance adjustment is conducted on the floating base, anti-swing control is conducted on the floating base, and the stability is good.
