The invention provides a pipeline interval type heat dissipation method for a vacuum pipeline magnetic levitation transportation system, and the method comprises the steps that a plurality of heat dissipation assemblies are arranged at intervals in the length direction of a vacuum pipeline, and any heat dissipation assembly comprises an air cooling heat exchanger, a cooling device and a power unit; a plurality of temperature sensors are arranged in the direction of the pipeline at intervals; the air flow temperature is monitored in real time, when the air flow temperature of any area exceeds a set temperature threshold value range, the heat dissipation assembly in the corresponding area in the vacuum pipeline acts, the cooling medium absorbs the air flow heat in the corresponding area, the cooling device cools the cooling medium carrying the heat, and the cooled cooling medium is sent back to the air cooling heat exchanger again; and the process is repeated until the temperature is within a set temperature threshold range. By means of the technical scheme, the technical problems that in the prior art, due to pneumatic heat, an ultra-long-distance and ultra-large-pipe-diameter vacuum pipeline magnetic levitation transportation system is too high in environment temperature and poor in safety performance are solved.

    本发明提供了一种用于真空管道磁悬浮运输系统的管道间隔式散热方法,该方法包括:将多个散热组件沿真空管道的长度方向间隔设置,任一散热组件均包括风冷换热器、冷却装置和动力单元;沿管道的方向间隔设置多个温度传感器;实时监测气流温度,当任一区域处的气流温度超过设定温度阈值范围时,真空管道内对应区域处的散热组件动作,冷却介质吸收对应区域处气流热量,冷却装置对携带热量的冷却介质进行冷却,冷却后的冷却介质重新送回至风冷换热器,重复上述过程,直至温度处于设定温度阈值范围内。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中超长距离、超大管径的真空管道磁悬浮交通运输系统由于气动热带来的环境温度过高、安全性能差的技术问题。
