A fluted disc and a transmission system, the transmission system comprises two fluted discs and a chain, the chain comprises a plurality of chain rollers, and a meshing space is formed between every two chain rollers. At least one fluted disc comprises a plurality of tooth-shaped structures, and each tooth-shaped structure forms an arc surface meshed with the circumference of the chain roller, a driving surface extending outwards from the arc surface, a slipping surface opposite to the driving surface and a tooth top surface connecting the driving surface and the slipping surface. A center connecting line between the circle centers of every two adjacent arc surfaces is defined as a pitch diameter, the included angle between the slipping surface and the pitch diameter ranges from 45 degrees to 55 degrees, and each arc surface is provided with a cut-off point, a starting point connected with the driving surface and a center connecting point located on a center connecting line connecting the circle center of the arc surface and the circle center of the fluted disc. A first arc length from the starting point to the center connecting point is larger than a second arc length from the cut-off point to the center connecting point. By means of the design, the meshing stability can be improved.

    一种齿盘及传动系统,所述传动系统包含二齿盘,及一链条,所述链条包括数个链滚,每两个所述链滚间形成一啮合空间。至少一个所述齿盘包含数个齿形结构,每一所述齿形结构形成一与所述链滚周圆啮合的圆弧面、一由所述圆弧面朝外延伸的驱动面、一背对于所述驱动面的滑脱面,及一衔接所述驱动面与所述滑脱面的齿顶面,定义两个相邻的所述圆弧面的圆心间的连心线为一节径,所述滑脱面与所述节径的夹角为45°~55°,所述圆弧面具有一截止点、一连接所述驱动面的起始点,及一位在一连接所述圆弧面的圆心与所述齿盘的圆心的中心连线上的连心点,所述起始点到所述连心点的一第一弧长大于所述截止点到所述连心点的一第二弧长,藉上述设计能提高啮合的稳定度。
