The invention discloses a vehicle-road cooperation dynamic lane control system and method for preventing expressway secondary accidents, after an accident occurs, a traffic management center controls RSU equipment within a range of 2000 meters upstream of an accident section to issue safety information based on real-time traffic flow data on one hand, forwards the safety information through vehicle-vehicle communication, and informs a network connection vehicle of a downstream accident condition in advance; on the other hand, variable signal identifiers at different sections are controlled to issue dynamic lane control instructions, and an upstream coming vehicle is guided to reasonably change lanes in advance of an upstream free flow section, so that the influence of downstream accidents is reduced, and the secondary accident risk caused by the downstream accidents is reduced. According to the method, the phenomenon that the upstream coming vehicles are influenced by accidents and start to queue and then do not know downstream accident information to change lanes blindly and frequently is relieved fundamentally, the risk of secondary accidents such as rear-end collision caused by the phenomenon is reduced, meanwhile, the passing efficiency is improved, and richer accident information is provided for networked vehicles based on the vehicle-mounted ad hoc network technology.

    本发明公开了一种预防快速路二次事故的车路协同动态车道控制系统及方法,在事故发生后,交管中心基于实时交通流数据,一方面控制事故断面上游2000米范围内的RSU设备发布安全信息,并通过车车通信转发,向网联车提前告知下游事故状况。另一方面控制不同断面处的可变信号标识发布动态车道控制指令,引导上游来车提前于上游自由流段合理换道以减少下游事故影响,降低下游事故引发的二次事故风险。本发明从根本上缓解了上游来车受事故影响开始排队后因不了解下游事故信息盲目频繁换道的现象,降低了该现象产生的追尾等二次事故风险,同时提高了通行效率,并基于车载自组网技术为网联车提供更丰富的事故信息。
