The invention discloses a thermal runaway early warning method and system for a battery of a battery swap station. The thermal runaway early warning method comprises the following steps: acquiring temperature data of at least one temperature measurement point on a battery in a battery compartment of a battery swap station; respectively extracting at least two temperature characteristics of each temperature measurement point from the temperature data; and judging whether the temperature of the battery is abnormal or not based on the at least two temperature characteristics of each temperature measurement point, so as to carry out thermal runaway early warning when the temperature of the battery is abnormal. When the temperature of the battery is abnormal, the risk of thermal runaway of the battery can be represented. Therefore, according to the scheme, early warning can be carried out on the thermal runaway of the battery, so that guidance of thermal runaway positions and the like can be provided for timely maintenance and troubleshooting of the battery, thermal runaway events of the battery of the battery swap station can be reduced, and the balance between the performance of the battery swap station and economic benefits can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种换电站电池的热失控预警方法及系统。其中,所述热失控预警方法包括:获取换电站电池仓内电池上至少一个测温点的温度数据;从所述温度数据中分别提取各所述测温点的至少两个温度特征;基于各所述测温点的至少两个温度特征,判断所述电池是否温度异常,以在所述电池温度异常时进行热失控预警。由于电池温度异常时可以表征该电池存在热失控的风险。是以,本方案能够对电池的热失控进行预警,从而能够为电池的及时检修和故障排查提供热失控位置等指导,能够减少换电站电池所发生的热失控事件,并且能够达到换电站性能与经济效益的平衡。
