The invention provides an offshore power generation device integrating ocean energy, photovoltaic energy and wind energy. Comprising a wind power generation device, a solar photovoltaic panel, a supporting truss structure, a wave energy power generation device, a fan floating foundation and a tidal current energy power generation device. The device depends on a wind power generation foundation, the fan, the photovoltaic panel, the wave energy power generation equipment and the tidal current energy power generation equipment are tightly arranged in the vertical direction, three-dimensional development of wind energy, solar energy, wave energy and tidal current energy is achieved, under the condition that the sea using area is not increased, the generating capacity is greatly increased, the engineering economic benefits are increased, and the cost is reduced. A wind power generation foundation is fully utilized, and the utilization rate of the sea area is increased; meanwhile, by means of facilities such as wind power generation submarine cables, booster stations and the like, generated electric energy can be uniformly transmitted to a power grid, new transformer substations and submarine cables do not need to be additionally arranged, and maximum utilization of existing resources is achieved.

    本发明提供一种融合海洋能、光伏与风能的海上发电装置。包括风力发电设备、太阳能光伏板、支撑桁架结构、波浪能发电设备、风机浮式基础与潮流能发电设备。该装置依托风力发电基础,将风机、光伏板、波浪能发电设备、潮流能发电设备沿竖直方向紧密布置,实现了风能、太阳能、波浪能、潮流能的立体开发,在不增加用海面积的情况下,既大幅增加了发电量,增加工程经济效益,又充分利用了风力发电基础,增加用海面积利用率;同时,又可借助风力发电海缆,升压站等设施,将产生的电能统一输送至电网,不必再新建变电站和增加海缆,实现已有资源的最大化利用。
