The invention provides a low-odor automotive interior material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of automotive interior materials. The method comprises the following steps: weighing the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of polypropylene, 10-30 parts of a filler, 0.5-2 parts of an adsorbent, 0.5-1 part of a lubricant, 3-10 parts of a flexibilizer and 0.3-1 part of an antioxidant, blending, adding into a double-screw extruder, uniformly mixing, melting, plasticizing, kneading, mixing, extruding, cooling, pelletizing and drying to obtain a primary product; and adding the primary product into a high-pressure kettle, and purifying the primary product in a high-pressure kettle supercritical fluid intermittent mode to prepare the low-odor automotive interior material. According to the invention, the automotive interior material with the odor grade of 3.0 or below is prepared by adopting an autoclave supercritical fluid intermittent mode, so that the increasingly strict requirement of the current market on the odor of the automotive material is effectively solved; meanwhile, compared with direct material drying, the supercritical fluid technology is adopted, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the impact property can be improved while the tensile property of the material is kept.

    本发明提供一种低气味汽车内饰材料及其制备方法,涉及汽车内饰材料领域;该方法包括按照重量份称取以下组分:聚丙烯60~85份、填充剂10~30份、吸附剂0.5~2份、润滑剂0.5~1份、增韧剂3~10份和抗氧剂0.3~1份,共混后加入双螺杆挤出机中混合均匀,并经熔融塑化、捏合混炼、挤出、冷却、切粒和干燥后,得到初级产品;将初级产品加入高压釜中,采用高压釜超临界流体间歇方式提纯初级产品,制得低气味汽车内饰材料。本发明采用高压釜超临界流体间歇方式制得气味等级3.0级别及以下的汽车内饰材料,有效解决目前市场对汽车材料气味日益严格的要求;同时,采用超临界流体技术相较于直接烘干材料效率大大提升,并且能在保持材料拉伸性能的同时提高冲击性能。
