The tensioning spring is matched with the telescopic rod to conduct limiting protection on the maximum rising limit of the control chamber, downward resilience force is provided for the lower end of the lifting device, so that the control chamber has the damping and buffering characteristics in the rising process, the tensioning spring can be contained in the inner side of the hollow pipe through the containing groove, and the telescopic rod is arranged in the hollow pipe. And in the ascending and descending process of the control room, the tensioning and retraction of the tensioning spring can be smoothly carried out.
