The upper rotor variable-pitch drive drives the upper rotor variable-pitch mechanism to achieve variable pitch of the upper rotor, the lower rotor variable-pitch drive drives the lower rotor variable-pitch mechanism to achieve variable pitch of the lower rotor assembly, the operating force of the double rotors is achieved, the same-speed rotation of the upper rotor and the lower rotor is achieved only through one power unit, the overall structure is simpler, and cost is lower. Meanwhile, the driving unit and the power unit are arranged below the lower-layer rotor wing assembly, so that the whole mass center of the unmanned aerial vehicle moves downwards, sufficient flight control force of the unmanned aerial vehicle in rolling and pitching motion is guaranteed, meanwhile, the system reliability is improved, maintenance of the driving unit and the power unit is more convenient, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明涉一种可折叠桨叶共轴双旋翼飞行器,通过将上旋翼主轴套在下旋翼主轴中,利用动力单元带动上旋翼主轴和下旋翼主轴转动,将上旋翼变距驱动、下旋翼变距驱动和动力单元设置在下层旋翼组件的下方,上旋翼变距驱动带动上层旋翼变距机构实现上旋翼的变距,下旋翼变距驱动带动下层旋翼变距机构实现下层旋翼组件的变距,达到双旋翼的操纵力,只使用一个动力单元实现上下旋翼的同速转动,使得整体的结构更加简单,同时将驱动单元和动力单元设置在下层旋翼组件的下方使无人飞行器整体质心下移,保证了飞行器在滚转和俯仰运动上充分的飞行操纵力的同时提升了系统可靠性,也使得对驱动单元和动力单元的维护保养更加方便,提高使用寿命。
