According to the supporting piece, a large interval exists between the tail of the dynamic submarine cable and the seabed, the downward movement amount of the tail of the dynamic submarine cable can be compensated, the situation that the tail of the dynamic submarine cable is damaged due to contact friction with the seabed is avoided, and then the service life of the dynamic submarine cable is guaranteed.
