A charged battery box on the battery replacing vehicle is installed on the electric heavy truck; and the replaced battery box is placed on the battery replacing vehicle, the battery replacing robot returns to the battery replacing vehicle, and mobile battery replacing is completed. The electric heavy truck has the beneficial effects that the electric heavy truck does not need to go to a special battery replacing station and find a charging pile, mobile battery replacing is performed through the battery replacing vehicle, the battery box of the electric heavy truck can be replaced anytime and anywhere without worrying that the electric quantity is used up in the midway, and convenience and practicability are achieved; and on-site rescue is very convenient and efficient, the battery box is directly replaced, and the operation cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种移动更换电动重型卡车电池的方法,属于重型卡车电池充电换电技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:换电车上携带换电机器人和多个已经充电的电池箱,换电车移动至需要换电的电动重型卡车附近,换电车上的换电机器人在地面行走,将电动重型卡车上的需要更换的电池箱取下,将换电车上已经充电的电池箱安装到电动重型卡车上;更换下来的电池箱放到换电车上,换电机器人回到换电车上,完成移动换电。本发明有益效果是:电动重型卡车不需要去专用换电站和寻找充电桩,通过换电车进行移动换电,可以随时随地对电动重型卡车电池箱进行更换,无须担心中途电量用尽,方便实用;对于现场救援也十分方便高效,直接更换电池箱,降低运营成本。
