The invention provides a torque smooth filtering control system and method based on self-adaption, and the method mainly comprises the steps: defining a torque path of a power system, analyzing a P/N gear torque, a normal accelerator pedal demand torque, an e-Pedal torque, a braking and sliding energy recovery torque, a Creep torque, and a cruise control demand torque, and carrying out the synthesis; the torque required by the driver is filtered, so that the vehicle is driven smoothly; arbitrating a driver demand torque, an ESC intervention torque and a P/N gear torque; the arbitrated torque is limited by comprehensively considering the power limit of a power battery, the torque limit of a motor and the torque limit of an active speed limiting function, and the demand torque is ensured to meet the limit demand of the system. The method has the advantages that the VCU is adopted to smoothly filter the change of the required torque, so that the violent change of the torque is avoided, and the driving is smooth; the adaptive filtering effect enables the VCU to calculate a cruise control demand torque when cruise control is activated and respond to an accelerator pedal demand torque when a driver steps on an accelerator pedal.

    本发明提出一种基于自适应的扭矩平滑滤波控制系统及方法,主要定义动力系统的扭矩路径,解析P/N档扭矩、正常加速踏板需求扭矩、e‑Pedal扭矩、制动与滑行能量回收扭矩、Creep扭矩、定速巡航需求扭矩,并进行合成;对驾驶员需求扭矩进行滤波处理,使车辆驾驶平顺;对驾驶员需求扭矩、ESC干预扭矩、P/N档扭矩进行仲裁;在综合考虑动力电池功率限制、电机扭矩限制、主动限速功能扭矩限制,对仲裁后的扭矩进行限制,确保需求扭矩满足系统的限制需求求。本发明的优点:采用VCU对需求扭矩的变化进行平滑滤波,避免扭矩的剧烈变化,使驾驶平顺;自适应滤波效果可使当定速巡航激活时,VCU计算定速巡航需求扭矩,并且在驾驶员踩油门override时响应加速踏板需求扭矩。
