A method for controlling the constant-speed travel of a vehicle calculates a target driving force (DPT) on the basis of the difference between a target vehicle speed (VSPT) and a vehicle speed (VSP), sets a target accelerator opening (APOT) on the basis of the target driving force (DPT), sets a shift stage on the basis of a shift map on the basis of the target accelerator opening (APOT) and the presence or absence of traction (travel resistance), and controls the constant-speed travel of the vehicle. In the present invention, a transmission gear is easily set to a low gear (a large gear ratio) at the time of traction (the greater travel resistance), in which target accelerator opening degrees APOT to be referenced are made different depending on the presence or absence of traction (the greater travel resistance), and the target accelerator opening degrees APOT are set to be smaller at the time of traction (the greater travel resistance) for the same target driving force DPT.

    一种车辆的恒速行驶控制方法,基于目标车速VSP_T与车速VSP的差值而对目标驱动力DP_T进行运算,基于目标驱动力DP_T而设定目标加速器开度APO_T,基于目标加速器开度APO_T及有无牵引(行驶阻力)而设定基于变速对应图的变速挡,变速挡在牵引时(行驶阻力越大)容易设定为低速挡(较大的变速比),其中,根据有无牵引(行驶阻力)而使参照的目标加速器开度APO_T不同,针对相同的目标驱动力DP_T,在牵引时(行驶阻力越大)将目标加速器开度APO_T设定得较小。
