The invention discloses a detector for searching nuclear radioactive sources in the air and a detection method, the detector is fixed on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the detector comprises a detector shell, the peripheral wall of the detector shell is provided with a radioactive source detection probe a according to the eight directions of east, south, west, north, northeast, southeast, northwest and southwest; a radioactive source detection probe b facing the vertical direction of the ground is installed in the middle of the bottom end face of the detector shell, and a wireless data transmission module and a GPS positioning module are installed on the detector shell. One end of each detector hanging rack is fixedly or hinged to the top end face of the detector shell, and the other end of each detector hanging rack is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle; and the main control board is arranged in the detector shell. The detector is carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle, the nine probes in different directions are used for all-directional detection of the nuclear radioactive source, and the detector has the advantages of being high in maneuvering performance, small in environmental factor influence, capable of being remotely controlled and wide in detection range and has the effect of rapidly and accurately searching for the nuclear radioactive source.

    本发明公开了一种空中搜寻核放射源的探测器及探测方法,该探测器固定在无人机上,包括:探测器壳体,其外周壁上按照东、南、西、北、东北、东南、西北、西南八个方向各安装有一个放射源检测探头a,且探测器壳体底端面中部安装有一个朝向地面垂直方向的放射源检测探头b,探测器壳体上安装有无线数传模块和GPS定位模块;两个探测器挂架,且其一端均与探测器壳体顶端面固定或铰接连接,另一端均与无人机连接;主控制板,其安装在探测器壳体内部。该探测器搭载在无人机上,并利用九个不同方位的探头进行核放射源全方位探测,不仅具有较强的机动性能,环境因素影响小,可远程操控、检测范围广,而且具有快速、精准搜寻核放射源的效果。
