The invention discloses a modularized broadside array sonar assembly of an unmanned underwater vehicle. The modularized broadside array sonar assembly comprises a broadside array frame, arch ribs, hydrophones, hydrophone mounting plates, clamping belts, framework skin, a watertight junction box and locking blocks. The arch-shaped ribs are fixed at two ends of the broadside array framework, the hydrophone mounting plate is fixed in the middle of the broadside array framework to form a U-shaped groove for assembling a hydrophone, and the broadside array framework, the arch-shaped ribs and the hydrophone mounting plate jointly form a broadside array framework; the hydrophones are fixed on the hydrophone mounting plate side by side; the clamping belts are fixed on the broadside array frame and are arranged between the hydrophones and between the hydrophones and the arch ribs; the watertight junction box is fixed on the inner side of the broadside array framework; the framework skin is fixed on the outer surface of the broadside array framework and is matched with the shape of the underwater unmanned vehicle to form a module unit; the module units are fixedly connected through locking blocks. The broadside array sonar can be arranged to the maximum extent, and the gain of the broadside array sonar is improved to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种水下无人航行器模块化舷侧阵声纳总成,包括舷侧阵框架、弓形肋、水听器、水听器安装板、卡带、骨架蒙皮、水密接线盒及锁紧块;弓形肋固定在舷侧阵框架两端,水听器安装板固定在舷侧阵框架中部,形成用于装配水听器的U型槽,所述舷侧阵框架、弓形肋、水听器安装板共同构成舷侧阵骨架;水听器并排固定在水听器安装板上;卡带固定在所述舷侧阵框架上,设置在水听器之间以及水听器与弓形肋之间;水密接线盒固定在舷侧阵骨架内侧;骨架蒙皮固定在舷侧阵骨架外表面,匹配水下无人航行器外形,构成一个模块单元;模块单元之间通过锁紧块固定连接。本发明能够最大限度布置舷侧阵声纳,最大化提高其增益。
