The invention discloses an elevator steel belt internal and external friction slip simulation test device and method. The device comprises a rack, a driving unit, a traction wheel, a steel belt, a wrap angle adjusting unit, a loading unit and a state monitoring unit. According to the device and the method disclosed by the invention, the elevator steel belt friction slip test under various working conditions such as static load, single-end dynamic load, two-end dynamic load and the like can be carried out, and the friction slip behavior of multiple contact points between a steel belt coating layer and a traction wheel and the friction slip behavior between a steel core in the steel belt and the coating layer can be monitored in real time; and obtaining the incidence relation between the temperature change of the steel belt coating layer on the friction interface and the friction slippage of the coating layer-traction wheel and the friction slippage of the steel core-coating layer.

    本发明公开了一种电梯钢带内外部摩擦滑移模拟试验装置及方法,装置包括机架、驱动单元、曳引轮、钢带、包角调节单元、加载单元以及状态监测单元。本发明装置和方法可以进行静载、单端动载、两端动载等多种工况条件下的电梯钢带摩擦滑移试验并实时监测钢带包覆层与曳引轮之间多接触点的摩擦滑移行为以及钢带内部钢芯与包覆层之间的摩擦滑移行为,获得摩擦界面钢带包覆层的温度变化与包覆层‑曳引轮摩擦滑移和钢芯‑包覆层摩擦滑移之间的关联关系。
