The system is reasonable and easy to use, a lifting hook top rushing prevention protection measure is added, the problems that the vibration amplitude and frequency of the installation position are low, and looseness and failure are not prone to occurring are solved, the laser radar distance measuring sensor is adopted, the influence of material aging on the sensor function is small, in addition, the fault alarm function is achieved, and faults can be found in time.

    本发明公开了一种吊钩防冲顶系统及其实现方法,该系统包括底座、设于底座上的支撑杆和与支撑杆垂直设置的横梁,所述支撑杆上设有驾驶室,所述横梁上设有小车围栏,小车围栏下方设有吊钩,所述传感器组件通过支架安装在吊钩下缘的横梁位置,所述太阳能组件固定在小车围栏底面,主机固定在驾驶室中,所述传感器组件分别与太阳能组件、主机电连接。本发明的系统合理、使用简单,增加了一道吊钩防冲顶保护措施,解决了安装位置震动幅度及频率低,不易松动失效的问题,采用激光雷达测距传感器,材料老化对传感器功能影响较小,另外还具有故障报警功能,能及时发现故障。
