The energy-saving type electric single-beam crane comprises a main beam, the main beam comprises a top plate, a middle plate and a bottom plate, the middle plate is fixedly installed at the bottom of the top plate, the bottom plate is fixedly installed at the bottom of the middle plate, and end beams are arranged on the left side and the right side of the main beam correspondingly; first rolling wheels are fixedly mounted on the left side and the right side of the middle plate correspondingly, and sliding rails are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two end beams correspondingly. The connecting plate, the first spring, the limiting block, the sliding block and the baffle are arranged, so that when the crane moves to the corner position, equipment is prevented from being collided, damage to the equipment is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, a double-shaft motor, a second rotating rod, a third rotating rod, an electric push rod, a first driving bevel gear, a second driving bevel gear and a driven bevel gear are further arranged, so that when objects with different weights are hoisted by the crane, different output powers can be used, and the consumption of electric energy and the loss of equipment are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种节能型电动单梁起重机,包括主梁,所述主梁包括顶板、中间板和底板,所述顶板的底部固定安装有中间板,所述中间板的底部固定安装有底板,所述主梁的左右两侧均设置有端梁,所述中间板的左右两侧均固定安装有第一滚轮,两个所述端梁相互靠近的一侧均开设有滑轨。本发明设置了连接板、第一弹簧、限位块、滑块和挡板,使起重机在移动到边角位置时,防止了设备进行磕碰,避免了使设备受损,提高了工作效率;同时还设置了双轴电机、第二转动杆、第三转动杆、电推杆、第一主动锥形齿轮、第二主动锥形齿轮和从动锥形齿轮,使起重机在吊起不同重量的物体时,可以使用不同的输出功率,减少了电能的消耗及设备的损耗。
