The invention provides a shape memory effect-based deicing structure and an aircraft, and relates to the field of aircrafts, the shape memory effect-based deicing structure comprises a memory layer, a heating layer and a supporting layer which are arranged in sequence, one side, facing the memory layer, of the supporting layer is a corrugated surface, wave crests of the corrugated surface abut against and support the memory layer, and the heating layer is located between the memory layer and wave troughs of the corrugated surface. The memory layer is sunken towards the wave troughs of the corrugated surface under the action of the heating layer; in order to solve the problems that the surface of an existing non-metal aircraft is difficult to deice and low in efficiency, a multi-layer stacked structure is arranged, a supporting layer provides stable support for a memory layer on the outermost layer, the strength requirement is met, the memory layer can deform under the action of a heating layer to form a local recess, and heat released by the heating layer is combined, so that the deicing efficiency is improved. Separating the ice layer from the surface of the memory layer, and removing the ice layer attached to the surface of the memory layer.
本发明提供基于形状记忆作用的除冰结构及飞行器,涉及飞行器领域,包括依次布置的记忆层、加热层和支撑层,支撑层朝向记忆层的一侧为波纹面,波纹面的波峰处抵接并支撑记忆层,加热层位于记忆层与波纹面的波谷之间,以使记忆层在加热层作用下朝向波纹面的波谷凹陷;针对目前非金属材料飞行器表面除冰困难效率较低的问题,设置多层叠加结构,支撑层为最外层的记忆层提供稳定支撑,满足强度需求,记忆层能够在加热层的作用下发生形变,形成局部凹陷,结合加热层释放的热量,使冰层与记忆层表面分离,对记忆层表面附着冰层进行去除。
