The invention provides a charging system of a power battery. The charging system comprises the power battery, a charging power supply, a power supply side main positive relay, a power supply side main negative relay, a sampling circuit, a voltage detection module, a BMS charging management module, a negative charging relay and a fast charging relay, the power side main positive relay is connected with the anode of the charging power supply; the power side main negative relay is connected with the cathode of the charging power supply; the sampling circuit is connected in series with the power side main positive relay and the power side main negative relay; the voltage detection module is connected with the sampling circuit in parallel, the output voltage of the charging power supply is determined by detecting the sampling voltage of the sampling circuit, the BMS charging management module controls the charging process of the power battery according to the output voltage, and when the output voltage is larger than or equal to the preset voltage, the charging system of the power battery forbids charging. According to the charging system of the power battery, the adhesion phenomenon of the relay in the charging loop can be effectively avoided in the using process, and the safety of the charging process is improved.
本申请提供一种动力电池的充电系统,包括:动力电池、充电电源、电源侧主正继电器、电源侧主负继电器、采样电路、电压检测模块、BMS充电管理模块、负充电继电器和快充继电器;电源侧主正继电器与充电电源的正极连接,电源侧主负继电器与充电电源的负极连接;采样电路与电源侧主正继电器、电源侧主负继电器串联;电压检测模块与采样电路并联,通过检测采样电路的采样电压确定充电电源的输出电压,BMS充电管理模块根据该输出电压,控制动力电池的充电过程,当输出电压大于或等于预设电压时,动力电池的充电系统禁止充电。本申请的动力电池的充电系统使用过程中能够有效地避免充电回路中继电器的粘连现象,提高充电过程的安全性。
