The invention relates to the technical field of three-phase imbalance treatment and electric vehicle charging control, in particular to a control method and system considering charging power distribution of a single-phase alternating current pile and a three-phase direct current pile. The control system comprises a voltage and current acquisition module, a charging pile coordination control module, a communication module, an electric vehicle charging control module, a single-phase alternating-current pile and a three-phase direct-current pile, and is characterized in that the voltage and current acquisition module is mounted on a low-voltage bus side of a distribution transformer, comprises a voltage transformer and a current transformer, and is used for acquiring voltage and current in real time; distribution transformer low-voltage bus acquisition data is provided for the charging pile coordination control module; through mutual cooperation of all modules of the system and cooperative control of a charging control strategy, the method and the system can realize treatment of three-phase imbalance of the distribution transformer (hereinafter referred to as' distribution transformer ') under the condition of ensuring that the charging speed of the electric vehicle is superior to the expectation.
