The invention relates to an anti-condensation structure and an anti-condensation method of a power battery box. The anti-condensation structure of the power battery box comprises a box body, wherein a liquid cooling plate is arranged on the box body; the in-box water inlet channel is located in the box body and connected to the cooling medium inlet of the liquid cooling plate; the anti-condensation structure further comprises a semiconductor chilling plate, wherein the semiconductor chilling plate is provided with a cold end and a hot end; the cold end is connected with the in-box water inlet channel or connected with the in-box water inlet channel through a cold end heat conduction piece and used for conducting heat exchange with the in-box water inlet channel; the hot end is connected with a hot end heat conduction piece, and the hot end heat conduction piece is exposed in the box body; or the hot end is directly exposed in the box body. According to the anti-condensation method, the semiconductor chilling plate is arranged on the water inlet channel in the box of the liquid cooling plate, and the cold end of the semiconductor chilling plate exchanges heat with the water inlet channel; during working, the hot end of the semiconductor chilling plate is heated to avoid condensation outside the water inlet channel in the box. According to the scheme, condensation at the water inlet channel in the battery box can be avoided.

    本发明涉及动力电池箱的防凝露结构及防凝露方法。动力电池箱的防凝露结构包括:箱体,箱体上设有液冷板;箱内进水通道,位于箱体内部,连接在液冷板的冷却介质进口处;所述防凝露结构还包括:半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片具有冷端和热端;冷端,与箱内进水通道连接,或者通过冷端导热件与箱内进水通道连接,用于与箱内进水通道进行热交换;热端,连接有热端导热件,热端导热件暴露在箱体内;或者,热端直接暴露在箱体内。防凝露方法,在液冷板的箱内进水通道上设置了半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片的冷端与进水通道进行热交换;工作时,使半导体制冷片的热端升温以避免箱内进水通道外凝露。上述方案能够避免电池箱的箱内进水通道处出现凝露。
