The invention relates to the field of railway vehicle damping component manufacturing, in particular to a low-ovality center pin bush capable of meeting the bidirectional variable stiffness requirement, which comprises an outer sleeve, a mandrel and a rubber body vulcanized between the outer sleeve and the mandrel, and the rubber body is provided with empty variable stiffness units in the transverse M direction and the longitudinal N direction. A hard backstop which is connected to the outer wall of the inner sleeve and has a displacement gap with the inner wall of the outer sleeve is arranged in the null rigidity-variable unit; and the null rigidity-variable unit is uniformly divided into two through deformation through holes by the hard backstop. According to the center pin bush, nonlinear rigidity changing can be achieved in the transverse M direction and the longitudinal N direction, the ovality of the outer diameter of the center pin bush can be reduced, the shrinkage stress of rubber of the center pin bush in the whole circumferential direction is similar, and the requirement for deflection torsional rigidity can be met while the radial rigidity is met.
