The invention provides a crane auxiliary partial pressure mechanism which comprises a support used for being connected with a lower cross beam of a crane door frame; one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the support, the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is telescopic and forms a first pin shaft connecting plate, and a first through hole is formed in the first pin shaft connecting plate; the trolley assembly is arranged in the first through hole in a penetrating mode through a lower pin shaft assembly so as to be hinged to the hydraulic oil cylinder. According to the auxiliary pressure dividing mechanism of the crane, the lower pin shaft assembly and the hydraulic oil cylinder are arranged between the trolley assembly and the support, when the ballast of a cart walking mechanism is too large and exceeds the rated bearing wheel pressure within the unit range of a wharf, and the wheel pressure needs to be shared, the hydraulic oil cylinder can control the trolley assembly to descend through the lower pin shaft assembly; and the trolley assembly is propped against the rail surface. Therefore, the wheel pressure borne by the unit wharf rail surface can be effectively dispersed, and the service life of the wheels of the walking mechanism is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种起重机辅助分压机构,包括:支架,用于与起重机门框下横梁连接;液压油缸,一端与支架连接,另一端可伸缩并形成有第一销轴连接板,第一销轴连接板上形成有第一通孔;台车组件,通过下销轴组件穿设在第一通孔中以与液压油缸铰接。本发明的起重机辅助分压机构,通过在台车组件与支架之间设置下销轴组件和液压油缸,当大车行走机构压载过大,超过码头单位范围内额定承载轮压,需要分担轮压时,液压油缸可以通过下销轴组件控制台车组件下降,并将台车组件抵持到轨道面上。由此,可以有效分散单位码头轨道面承受的轮压,提高了行走机构车轮的寿命。
