The invention relates to the technical field of passenger car driving control, in particular to a new energy automobile speed limit control method which comprises the following steps: A, estimating the future speed of an automobile; b, correcting the required torque of the whole vehicle; and C, distributing the required torque of the whole vehicle after correction. According to the method provided by the invention, the future speed of the vehicle can be estimated according to the required torque of the whole vehicle, the moment of intervention in speed limit control is judged, the required torque of the whole vehicle is corrected by using a PID algorithm, the vehicle is more accurately controlled to run within the highest speed, and meanwhile, the braking system is utilized in the speed limit control function of the vehicle; the problems that the vehicle speed cannot be accurately controlled and different road conditions cannot be adapted through pure proportional adjustment at present are solved, and meanwhile the problem that in the process that the vehicle speed is adjusted through a PID algorithm, once a motor cannot output target braking torque, the vehicle still has the overspeed risk is solved.

    本发明涉及客车行驶控制技术领域,尤其为一种新能源汽车限速控制方法,其方法包括如下步骤:A、预估车辆未来车速;B、校正整车需求扭矩;C、校正后整车需求扭矩分配。本发明提出的方法能够根据整车需求扭矩来预估车辆未来车速,并以此判定介入限速控制的时刻,运用PID算法校正整车需求扭矩,更加精确地控制车辆行驶在最高车速内,同时该方法将制动系统利用到车辆限速控制功能中,解决了目前通过单纯的比例调节,不仅无法精确的控制车辆速度,而且无法适应不同路况的问题,同时解决了通过PID算法来调节车速的过程中,一旦电机无法输出目标制动扭矩时,车辆仍有超速风险的问题。
