The invention discloses a brake pipeline exhaust effect monitoring device which comprises a booster assembly, the input end of the booster assembly is connected with a brake pedal, the output end of the booster assembly is connected with four brake pipelines, the tail ends of the brake pipelines are connected with brakes, and gas sensors are arranged at the inlet ends and the outlet ends of the brake pipelines. The gas-sensitive sensors are electrically connected with the gas-sensitive sensor controller, and the gas-sensitive sensor controller is wirelessly connected with the remote control end. Gas residues in a brake loop can be monitored in real time, and the one-time success rate of liquid adding and gas exhausting operation is increased. The subjectivity of traditional subjective pedal feeling evaluation is overcome, and the inconvenience of judging the pipeline gas exhausting effect by objectively testing the pedal feeling is also overcome.

    本发明公开了一种制动管路排气效果监测装置,包括助力器总成,其输入端与制动踏板连接,助力器总成的输出端连接四个制动管路,制动管路末端均连接有制动器,制动管路的入口端和出口段均设有气敏传感器,气敏传感器均与气敏传感器控制器电连接,气敏传感器控制器与远程控制端无线连接。本发明可以实时的监测制动回路中的气体残留,提升了加液排气操作的一次成功率。既克服了传统的主观踏板感评价的主观性,又克服了通过客观测试踏板感判断管路气体排尽效果的不便利性。
