    本发明公开了一种惯性车轮,包括一内轮,内轮与车辆的传动轴连接,传动轴驱使内轮转动,在内轮的外壁设有电永磁铁,电永磁铁通过集电环与控制器电性连接;一外轮,外轮套设于内轮,并可相对于内轮进行转动,在外轮的内壁设有与电永磁铁相配合的磁体,外轮的外壁则安装有轮胎;一密封罩,在内轮和外轮的两侧分别罩设有密封罩,且密封罩的边缘与外轮连接。本发明惯性车轮的组装部件少,结构简单,设计合理,使用时,通过控制器对电永磁铁充磁,使外轮与内轮抱死,实现车辆的正常行驶,当车辆在行驶过程中达到接近匀速时,关闭控制器,使电永磁铁退磁,外轮与内轮松开,外轮在惯性的作用下继续转动,驱使车辆行驶,以此达到节能效果,实现节能作业。
