A damping wheel capable of improving the performance of a push-pull type pulsed eddy current scanning vehicle comprises a wheel body and is further provided with a steering bearing mechanism, a damping mechanism and a braking device, and the steering bearing mechanism and the damping mechanism are arranged side by side and fixedly connected. The lower end of a positioning shaft of the steering bearing mechanism is fixedly connected with a corresponding detection vehicle chassis; the damping mechanism is arranged on a middle shaft of the wheel in a sleeving mode and limits the middle shaft to only move up and down in a buffering mode in the rotating process but not move horizontally, and meanwhile the damping mechanism is driven by the steering bearing mechanism to control steering of the wheel. The brake device can be rotatably hinged to the damping mechanism and used for limiting rolling of the wheels. The damping system can avoid the influence of the uneven surface of the bottom plate of the storage tank on the detection process, meanwhile, the braking device enables timely parking and starting in the detection process, and the steering system can ensure free steering to avoid obstacles in the detection process.

    一种能够提升推拉式脉冲涡流扫查车性能的减震车轮,包括车轮,还设置有转向轴承机构、减震机构和制动装置,其中,所述的转向轴承机构与所述的减震机构并排设置且固定连接,所述转向轴承机构的定位轴的下端与所对应的检测车地盘固定连接;所述的减震机构套在所述车轮的中轴上,并限制所述的中轴在旋转的过程中只能上下缓冲移动,不能水平移动,同时所述的减震机构在转向轴承机构的带动下控制车轮的转向;所述的制动装置能够旋转的铰接在所述减震机构上,用于限制车轮的滚动。本发明减震系统可以避免储罐底板凹凸不平的表面对检测过程的影响,同时制动装置使检测工程中可以及时停泊和启动,转向系统可以保证检测过程中的自如转向避开障碍物。
