The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an overall heat preservation layer of a refrigerator car, a foaming device and the refrigerator car. The technical problem that in the prior art, a railway refrigerator car or a heat insulation car cannot meet the heat insulation requirement is solved. The manufacturing method of the overall thermal insulation layer of the refrigerator car comprises the following steps that corresponding thermal insulation layers are foamed on an underframe framework, a car roof framework, a side wall framework and an end wall framework respectively, and an underframe assembly, a car roof assembly, a side wall assembly and an end wall assembly are obtained; the underframe assembly, the roof assembly, the side wall assemblies and the end wall assemblies are connected into a whole, and a splicing seam is formed between the opposite sides of every two adjacent heat preservation layers; and foaming materials are injected into the splicing seams for foaming, so that the heat preservation layers of the underframe assembly, the roof assembly, the side wall assemblies and the end wall assemblies are connected into a whole, and the whole heat preservation layer is formed. The components are respectively foamed and then are spliced and foamed, so that the thermal insulation layers of the components are connected into a whole, the internal thermal insulation layer is gapless, and the thermal insulation performance is excellent.

    本发明公开了一种冷藏车整体保温层制作方法、发泡装置以及冷藏车,解决现有技术中的铁路冷藏车或者隔热车已无法满足隔热保温需求的技术问题。该种冷藏车整体保温层制作方法,包括如下步骤:在底架骨架、车顶骨架、侧墙骨架和端墙骨架上分别发泡对应的保温层,得到底架组成、车顶组成、侧墙组成和端墙组成;将底架组成、车顶组成、侧墙组成和端墙组成连接为一体,且相邻两个保温层的相对侧之间形成拼接缝;向拼接缝内注入发泡料并进行发泡,以将底架组成、车顶组成、侧墙组成和端墙组成的保温层连接为一体,形成整体保温层。通过各部件分别发泡在拼接发泡,使各部件的保温层连接为一体,使得内部保温层无间隙,其保温性能优越。
