The invention relates to the field of clamps, in particular to a curved surface self-adaptive clamp which comprises a supporting frame and an adsorption device. A sliding groove is formed in the support; a telescopic plate is arranged on the support frame; according to the adsorption device, two independent adsorption cavities are formed in an adsorption sleeve, and communicated adsorption patches are further arranged at the bottoms of the adsorption cavities; a transmission shaft is arranged in the air chamber; the transmission structure comprises a plurality of racks, a first gear and a transmission part; the fan blades drive the transmission shaft to rotate and drive the first gear to rotate and move through the transmission part; and the moving deflection structure is configured to enable the fan blades and the transmission shaft to rotate and drive the transmission part and the driving rod to move towards one side of the adsorption patch which is not sealed until the two patches do not form adsorption sealing with the object when only one adsorption patch is adsorbed with the object, so that the adsorption sleeve deflects and the corresponding traction tension is reduced. The problems that adsorption and centralizing force of a side edge vertical face is lacked, and potential safety hazards exist in the clamping, hoisting and moving process are solved, and the practicability and the high efficiency of the device are improved.

    本发明涉及夹具领域,具体是一种曲面自适应夹具,包括支撑架和吸附装置;支撑内设有滑动槽;支撑架上设有伸缩板;吸附装置包括:吸附套内设有两个独立的吸附腔,吸附腔底部还设有相通的吸附贴片;风室内设有传动轴;传动结构包括多个齿条、第一齿轮和传动件;使风叶带动传动轴转动并通过传动件带动第一齿轮转动和移动;移动偏转结构,配置成当仅有一个吸附贴片与物体吸附时,风叶和传动轴转动并带动传动件和主动杆向未形成密闭的吸附贴片的一侧移动,直至两个贴片均与物体不形成吸附密闭,使得吸附套发生偏转并减小对应的牵引拉力。本发明解决了缺少侧边竖直面的吸附和扶正力、夹持吊移中存在安全隐患的难题,提高了该装置的实用性和高效性。
