The invention discloses a seat memory adjusting method based on finger vein recognition. The method comprises the following steps that a finger vein recognition module runs a registration state; user registration state identification is carried out; judging whether registration is continued or not according to the user registration state recognition result; the finger vein recognition module runs a recognition state; and judging the user permission according to the user identity recognition result. According to the technical scheme, the advantages of high reliability, high recognition speed and the like of finger vein recognition are utilized, the finger vein recognition device is arranged on the side face of the seat cushion, other identity authentication states do not need to be carried through a biological recognition mode of vein recognition, use of a vehicle is greatly facilitated, and the finger vein recognition technology is wide in use crowd and high in practicability. The method is high in accuracy, cannot be copied and counterfeited, and is safe and convenient; the information belongs to human body internal information, is not influenced by rough skin and external temperature and humidity environment, has high enough safety, and can ensure the safety of vehicle use.
