The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an intensity value of a received reference signal of a network; under the condition that the intensity value of the receiving reference signal is smaller than a preset threshold value, preset related output parameters are adjusted, service data are output as a transmission data packet to be transmitted according to the adjusted related output parameters, and the related output parameters are parameters related to the size of the transmission data packet.
