Gamma-Al2O3 and ZrO2 are uniformly mixed and then treated by a strength modifier to prepare a mixture A, and the mixture A is added into the high-strength glass fiber raw material. The defect of elasticity modulus in high-silicon-dioxide and low-aluminum-oxide glass fibers is overcome through the zirconium dioxide, the porous aluminum oxide and the zirconium dioxide are selected to be mixed firstly, after the porous aluminum oxide and the zirconium dioxide are mixed, the structures of the porous aluminum oxide and the zirconium dioxide are combined more tightly, and the compatible bonding strength between the raw materials is improved through treatment of the strength modifier.

    本发明涉及玻璃纤维技术领域,尤其是一种高强度玻璃纤维及其制备方法和应用。该高强度玻璃纤维,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:SiO255‑65份、γ‑Al2O35‑15份、CaO8‑16份、MgO8‑13份、Li2O0.1‑0.5份、K2O0.1‑0.3份、NaO20.1‑0.3份和ZrO20.5‑1份;γ‑Al2O3和ZrO2混合均匀后通过强度改性剂处理制备成混合物A加入高强度玻璃纤维原料中。本发明通过二氧化锆弥补高二氧化硅、低氧化铝的玻璃纤维中弹性模量的不足,选用多孔型的氧化铝与二氧化锆先进行混合,多孔型的氧化铝与二氧化锆混合后两者结构间结合更紧密,通过强度改性剂的处理提升原料间相容结合强度。
