According to the device, a servo motor works to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, a traction rope is wound and unwound, through cooperation of a sliding rail groove and a sliding wheel, a supporting rod and a supporting plate can be limited, shaking of the supporting plate is prevented, and stable movement of a vegetable containing box is achieved; and the sliding wheels can be damped and buffered in the up-down sliding process of the sliding wheels, so that the vibration force borne by the supporting plate and the vegetable containing box in the lifting process is reduced, the phenomenon that dishes are scattered due to large impact is avoided, and stable transportation and serving of the dishes are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种商用升降机,包括两个支撑台,每个所述支撑台的上表面均开设有两组固定孔,每个所述支撑台的上表面均固定连接有两个支撑立柱,两组所述支撑立柱相互靠近的一侧面开设有两组滑动轨道槽,每个所述滑动轨道槽的内壁均卡接有滑动轮。本发明中,利用伺服电机工作带动转动轴转动,对牵引绳进行收放,并通过滑动轨道槽和滑动轮的配合,能够对支撑杆和支撑板进行限位,防止支撑板的晃动,实现盛放菜箱稳定移动,同时通过设置的缓冲弹簧和缓冲支座,能够对滑动轮上下滑动的过程中对滑动轮进行减震缓冲,进而降低支撑板和盛放菜箱升降时受到的震荡力,避免菜品受到较大的冲击而出现洒落的现象,便于菜品的稳定运输上菜。
