The invention discloses a structural design of a composite side anti-collision sandwich plate. The structural design comprises a main body mounting bracket, a U-shaped sandwich plate filled with a non-metal energy-absorbing foam silicone rubber material, and a connecting mechanism design between the mounting bracket and the sandwich plate as well as between the mounting bracket and a ship body. The U-shaped sandwich plate structure made of non-metal energy-absorbing foam silicone rubber is paved on the outer surface of the ship body, so that a very good energy-absorbing effect is achieved when the ship is subjected to external impact load, and the damage of impact energy to the main body structure of the ship body is reduced; on the other hand, modularization of most installation areas outside the ship body is achieved through reasonably-designed connection between main body installation support components and connection between the installation support and the sandwich plate, rapid replacement can be achieved when the ship body is damaged, the maintenance period is shortened, and the maintenance difficulty is lowered; finally, during installation, due to the fact that a connecting mechanism of the installation support and the ship body is simple and reliable, rapid installation can be achieved, the refitting construction period of an existing ship is short, and refitting difficulty is low.

    本发明公开了一种复合型舷侧耐撞夹层板结构设计,包括主体安装支架,填充了非金属吸能泡沫硅橡胶材料的U型夹层板,以及安装支架与夹层板、安装支架与船体的连接机构设计。本发明通过在船体外表面铺装采用非金属吸能泡沫硅橡胶的U型夹层板结构,从而在船只受到外部冲击载荷时起到很好的吸能作用,减少冲击能量对船体主体结构的损坏;另一方面,通过设计合理的主体安装支架构件间的连接以及安装支架与夹层板之间的连接实现了船体外部大部分安装区域的模块化,在受到损坏时可以快速更换,降低维护工期与维护难度;最后,本发明在安装时由于安装支架与船体的连接机构简单可靠,可以实现快速安装,对现有船只改装工期短,改装难度低。
