On the side face of a frame of the electric vehicle, an oil inlet hole of a hydraulic motor, an oil discharging pipe, a pressure regulator and one end of an oil discharging channel of a half shaft are in butt joint in sequence, an oil outlet hole of the hydraulic motor, a backflow pipe, an oil tank, an oil conveying pipe, the pressure regulator and one end of an oil conveying channel of the half shaft are in butt joint in sequence, and the other ends are opposite to an oil discharging groove and an oil inlet groove of a hub respectively. The outer diameter peripheries of two oil grooves are communicated with one ends of a plurality of pipelines respectively, the other ends of the pipelines are communicated with the two ends of a plurality of transverse pipelines respectively, the middles of the peripheries of the transverse pipelines are communicated with one ends of a plurality of vertical cylinder barrels respectively, and the other ends of the vertical cylinder barrels are matched with cylinder sleeves of cylinder rings respectively to support the cylinder rings. Piston front end sealing rings and middle springs in a plurality of cylinder sleeves of a cylinder ring push pistons to extend out of the cylinder ring, and the extending tail ends of the pistons are higher than the outer circle of a tire. When the vehicle runs, the wheels rotate to roll the road surface, the piston reciprocates and retracts along with the rotation frequency of the wheels to continuously suck and discharge hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic motor is driven to drive the generator to rotate to generate power.
