The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle load quick release mechanism, which comprises a fuselage main body, a load cabin, a transfer frame and a load, and is characterized in that the load cabin is detachably connected to the abdomen of the fuselage main body; the adapter frame is arranged in the load cabin; and the load penetrates through the bottom of the load cabin and is detachably arranged on the transfer frame. According to the technical scheme, different loads can be installed on the same load cabin, and rapid installation, rapid disassembly and rapid load replacement are achieved.
