Through the structural design of the launching mechanism, the rescue bag can be effectively and quickly launched to residents in a high-rise fire scene, so that trapped persons can use the rescue bag for self rescue, and the rescue efficiency is improved; through cooperation of the winding mechanism and the arc-shaped plate, the rescue bag can be effectively thrown to a fire scene from the high altitude, the rescue bag throwing mode is improved, and then the device can adapt to different fire scenes; through the structural design of the limiting assembly, the throwing mode of the rescue bag can be effectively changed by controlling forward and reverse rotation of the motor.
