The invention provides an electric vehicle electronic lock control circuit in a standby power mode and an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle electronic lock control circuit comprises a communication unit, an MCU, a standby battery, a standby power conversion circuit, a linear voltage regulator, an electronic lock driving circuit and an electronic lock. The communication unit, the electronic lock driving circuit and the linear voltage regulator are respectively connected with the MCU; the standby battery, the linear voltage regulator and the electronic lock driving circuit are respectively connected with the standby power conversion circuit; under the condition that the standby power conversion circuit detects that the power battery is disassembled, the communication unit, the MCU, the linear voltage stabilizer, the electronic lock driving circuit and the electronic lock are powered by first power supply voltage output by the standby battery; the MCU receives instruction information sent by a user terminal through the communication unit and sends the instruction information to the electronic lock driving circuit; the electronic lock driving circuit controls the electronic lock to be opened or closed according to the instruction information; and when the power battery is detached, the standby battery provides electric energy for the electronic lock of the electric vehicle, so that the user experience is improved.

    本发明提供了备电模式的电动车电子锁控制电路和电动车,包括:通信单元、MCU、备用电池、备电电源转换电路、线性稳压器、电子锁驱动电路和电子锁;通信单元、电子锁驱动电路和线性稳压器分别与MCU相连接,备用电池、线性稳压器和电子锁驱动电路分别与备电电源转换电路相连接;备电电源转换电路在检测到动力电池拆卸的情况下,通过备用电池输出的第一电源电压为通信单元、MCU、线性稳压器、电子锁驱动电路和电子锁供电;MCU通过通信单元接收用户终端发送的指令信息,将指令信息发送给电子锁驱动电路;电子锁驱动电路根据指令信息控制电子锁开启或关闭;当动力电池拆除时,通过备用电池为电动车的电子锁提供电能,从而提高用户体验。
