The two rolling wheels are rotationally installed on two strip-shaped frames of a bottom plate of the damping frame, the adjusting assembly drives the damping frame to rotate and changes the rotating direction of the rolling wheels, the dispersing assembly drives the strip-shaped frames to adjust the distance between the two rolling wheels and change the bearing load, and the two steering wheel mechanisms are matched with each other to change the moving direction of the carrying plate.
