The invention relates to a fuel cell engine hydrogen subsystem control strategy test verification device, which comprises a hydrogen control unit connected to a galvanic pile anode simulator through a pipeline, and a hydrogen discharge valve is arranged at the outlet of the galvanic pile anode simulator; the sensor unit is arranged on the pipeline, and the upper computer is used for formulating a control strategy according to a target working condition; setting parameters of the galvanic pile anode simulator and controlling the hydrogen control unit according to the control strategy; and verifying the control strategy according to the data of the sensor module. The risk that when a real fuel cell engine is adopted to verify the control strategy, the controlled object is out of control due to imperfection of the control strategy, and then irreversible damage is caused is overcome.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池发动机氢气子系统控制策略测试验证装置,包括氢气控制单元,通过管路连接至电堆阳极模拟器,所述电堆阳极模拟器的出口处设置有一排氢阀;传感器单元,设置在所述管路上,上位机,用于根据目标工况制定控制策略;根据所述控制策略设置所述电堆阳极模拟器的参数及控制所述氢气控制单元;根据所述传感器模块的数据验证所述控制策略。克服了采用真实的燃料电池发动机对控制策略进行验证时,容易因控制策略的不完善,导致被控对象失控,进而引起不可逆的伤害等诸多风险。
