The invention provides a charging device, which is used for a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power locomotive, and comprises a charging unit for charging the hydrogen fuel cell hybrid power locomotive; the power unit is used for providing power for the charging unit; the speed reduction unit is arranged between the charging unit and the power unit; the connecting unit is used for sequentially connecting the charging unit, the speed reducing unit and the power unit; and the control unit is used for controlling the charging unit and the power unit. By the adoption of the structure, the charging device can rapidly and emergently charge the hydrogen fuel locomotive under the conditions that no hydrogen fuel exists and the electric energy of the power storage battery is insufficient, and various locomotives can be charged.
