The invention provides an overturning debugging device. The overturning debugging device comprises a supporting assembly, a rotating shaft assembly and an equipment supporting frame assembly. Wherein the supporting assembly comprises a bottom plate and two supporting frames, and the two supporting frames are installed at the top of the bottom plate at intervals; a rotating shaft assembly is arranged at the top of each supporting frame and comprises a bearing seat, a bearing, a supporting shaft, a fixing disc, a fastening screw and a rotating shaft, the bearing is arranged in the bearing seat, the rotating shaft is arranged in the bearing, the fixing disc is arranged on the outer side of the bearing seat, the supporting shaft is arranged on the inner side of the rotating shaft, and a plurality of first through holes are formed in the radial inner side of the fixing disc; a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the side, close to the fixed disc, of the rotating shaft, and when the bearing rotates to a preset position, the fastening screws penetrate through the first through holes to be in threaded connection with the threaded holes so as to lock the rotating shaft; the equipment supporting frame assembly comprises two adapter plates and a steel frame, the two adapter plates are arranged at the two ends of the steel frame in a spaced mode, and the adapter plates are connected with the supporting shafts of the corresponding rotating shaft assemblies.
