The invention provides an underwater thruster measuring system capable of adaptively matching a range. The underwater thruster measuring system comprises a thruster, a lever assembly and an adapter used for connecting the thruster and the lever assembly, a height adjusting groove is formed in the middle of the lever assembly, a notch is formed in the upper portion of the height adjusting groove, and the self-driven fulcrum adjusting assembly is connected to the height adjusting groove. The self-driven fulcrum adjusting assembly can adjust the position of a fulcrum along the height adjusting groove in a self-driven mode, and the dynamometer assembly is connected with the lever assembly through the notch. According to the invention, through changing the fulcrum height of the lever assembly, the force measurement range is increased without replacing the pull and push dynamometer, the measurement precision of the underwater robot thruster thrust is effectively improved, and the measurement convenience is improved.

    本发明提供一种可自适应匹配量程的水下推进器测量系统,包括推进器、杠杆组件和用以连接所述推进器与所述杠杆组件的适配器;还包括测力计组件和自驱式支点调节组件,所述杠杆组件中部设有高度调节槽且位于所述高度调节槽的上部设有槽口,所述自驱式支点调节组件连接于所述高度调节槽,所述自驱式支点调节组件通过自驱方式能够沿所述高度调节槽调节支点位置,所述测力计组件通过所述槽口连接所述杠杆组件。本申请通过改变杠杆组件的支点高度,实现在不更换推拉力计的情况下增大测力量程,有效地提高了水下机器人推进器推力的测量精度,提升了测量的便捷性。
