A rotary lifting beam for a coal mine monorail crane locomotive belongs to the technical field of coal mine machinery, solves the technical problems of transportation and placement of stack type supports, and comprises a bearing beam, a rotary lifting beam, a bearing trolley and a rotary cross-shaped lifting appliance, a top supporting mechanism is arranged above the middle of the bearing beam, the rotary lifting beam is arranged below the bearing beam, and the bearing trolley is arranged below the bearing beam. A speed reducer and a rotary driving bearing are arranged in a cavity in the middle of the rotary hoisting beam, the rotary hoisting beam is connected with the bearing beam through the rotary driving bearing, the rotary cross-shaped hoisting tools are arranged below the head end and the tail end of the rotary hoisting beam respectively, and the stack type support is hoisted on the rotary cross-shaped hoisting tools through ropes. The rotary lifting beam is provided with a conveying station and a lifting station, and manpower can be greatly reduced in the stack type support conveying and placing process; and the cross-shaped rotary lifting appliance is adopted, so that the pointing direction of the stack-type bracket is kept unchanged, other brackets in a roadway are avoided to the greatest extent, and the safety of the stack-type bracket in the transportation and placement processes is improved.
