The invention relates to steel box girder hoisting equipment with an automatic leveling function, which comprises suspension arm frames, supporting bases are mounted at the bottoms of the two suspension arm frames, a supporting plate is arranged on one side of each suspension arm frame, a plurality of pairs of horizontal adjusting mechanisms which are arranged side by side are embedded in the lower side surface of each supporting plate, and each horizontal adjusting mechanism comprises a mounting box; the lower side of each horizontal adjusting mechanism is provided with a vertical adjusting mechanism, the lower side of each vertical adjusting mechanism is provided with a hoisting mechanism, a hoisting block installed at a hoisting point of the steel box girder is clamped through the hoisting mechanism, each vertical adjusting mechanism comprises a hoisting box, a tension meter and a cable disc, and the cable disc is installed on one side in the hoisting box; the movable pulley is lifted in the vertical direction through winding connection of the steel cable and the movable pulley, then the hoisting seat is lifted through the movable pulley, the tension borne by a hoisting point of the steel box girder is continuously known through the tension meter, unbalanced stress of the steel box girder during hoisting is avoided, and therefore the steel box girder is better leveled.

    本发明涉及一种具有自动校平功能的钢箱梁吊装设备,包括吊臂架,两个吊臂架的底部均安装有支撑底座,吊臂架一侧设置有支撑板,支撑板的下侧面嵌设有若干对呈并排设置的水平调整机构,水平调整机构包括安装盒,每个水平调整机构的下侧均安装有竖直调整机构,每个竖直调整机构的下侧均安装有吊运机构,通过吊运机构对安装在钢箱梁吊装点的吊装块进行夹持,竖直调整机构包括吊运盒、拉力计和缆绳盘,缆绳盘安装在吊运盒内部的一侧,通过钢缆绳与动滑轮的绕接从而对动滑轮进行竖直方向上的升降,进而通过动滑轮升降吊运座,通过拉力计持续得知钢箱梁吊装点所承受的拉力,避免钢箱梁在吊装时受力不平衡,从而更好地对钢箱梁进行校平。
