The invention discloses a driving mode control method and device and a vehicle. The driving mode control method comprises the steps that a driving mode control signal is obtained; determining a driving mode according to the driving mode control signal; determining a driving scene signal matched with the driving mode according to the driving mode; according to the driving mode control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, different driving modes are matched with different driving scene signals, the driving scene is adjusted according to the driving scene signal, and the driving scene comprises a seat posture, an atmosphere lamp mode and a fragrance smell. Therefore, driving scenes such as seat postures, atmosphere lamp modes and fragrance smells can be correspondingly adjusted according to the driving scene signals, different driving modes can be correspondingly matched with different seat postures, atmosphere lamp modes and fragrance smells, and multi-sense linkage of the driving modes and the aspects of touch sense, vision, smell sense and the like is achieved; therefore, drivers and passengers can select different driving modes according to preferences or driving requirements, and the driving experience of users and the science and technology feeling of the whole vehicle are improved.
